OUTSTANDING place to spend a few days while on a whitewater adventure! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED… the hot tub is a welcome treat after a day on the river. One word of caution, if you eat one meal at SMOKEY’S the kitchen in your cabin will be rendered useless! LOVED the specially selected coffee beans and the grinder in our cabin… the morning coffee was AWESOME!

My husband and I were just saying again last night (a week after our Class VI vacation) that our 2 days and nights at Class VI and Cabins on the Gorge were the best vacation we ever had, and we’ve had quite a few! We treated our whole family to the cabins and the rafting and everyone loved it! Our 8 grandchildren, 4 of whom were able to raft, will never forget it, nor will the adults! We found your facilities to be excellent and were very impressed with all the staff and felt we were in very capable hands with our guides. In the words of our 6 year old grandson, ‘This is just perfect!’ Thanks!

My family and I took our first whitewater adventure with Class VI this week and had a GREAT TRIP! We rafted the Lower New with Josh as our guide and trip leader…..we shared the ride with 4 of the nicest people from Indiana you could ever meet! The weather was SUPER, the shore lunch AMAZING and ALL of the Class VI folks were a pleasure to get to know and very helpful. Our trip included 3 nights in a Cabin on the Gorge, the “Initiation” and this is a WORLD CLASS facility, the hot tub really was RELAXING after a day on the river.

We planned a Fathers/Daughters weekend over Father’s Day. Three dads…..three daughters. A day of Rock Climbing and a day of Rafting. Not to mention…quiet walks around our cabin and giggles at meals. We had a special time where we dedicated a whole weekend just with our daughters. A weekend you remember when they are grown and gone. I have to say…..all three girls had a bit more confidence in themselves after managing to reach to top of the rock wall and braving the waves. Thanks for the memories.

We have used Class VI for the last 4 or 5 years now. The trip has always been wonderful and this year we treated ourselves and stayed at one of the cabins. They were really very nice and comfortable. As usual we had a great trip. Thanks!

Even though Jessy was off duty, she found out where our cabin was and pointed us in the right direction. She then later checked up on us to make sure we were alright and made us feel welcome!
